Charles Morganstern is a luxury real estate agent with associates in both Los Angeles and Miami, working alongside Sotheby’s International Realty in both locations. He has decades of experience and positive reviews from his clients.
What He Needed
Charles needed a luxury brand image to reflect the level of property he sells, as well as a tie between the two Sotheby’s branches: ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Miami, and WISH Sotheby’s International Realty in Los Angeles. He also needed a way to quickly and easily communicate new listings and changes in existing listings with his extensive network.
How I Helped
To start, Charles and I brainstormed together (over pancakes) and came up with the tagline “Two Coasts, One Wish” to communicate the association with both luxury real estate brands. I then developed a branded email look to present his listings to his network.
The Results
Charles’ new branding has been very well received, and his email blasts continue to see above industry average open rates and interaction. Next up? A print campaign.
